【イベント備忘録】Drinking Buddies Vol.03@Cafe Bar Livre、その他
前回更新からだいぶ経過しちゃいました。その間あったことの備忘録。長いです。
Drinking Buddies #03
超絶赤字wwwww。多分交通費も含めたら6万・7万くらい赤字wwwww。今回も、楽しかったですけどね！！！！！！
毎回新しい出会いや発見があって刺激的です。懐かしい面々と近況報告もできて、そういった面では満足です笑。30歳になり人生の転機を迎えている人が多く、いろんな話が聞けました。同じ大学の人が多いのですが、こんなにも人生が変わってくるのか、と不思議な気持ちになります。
ちなみに開催場所は、Cafe Bar Livreさん。プランC(ホールレンタル)6時間24,000円でした。料金体系は自由に設定できるんですが、1,000円1ドリンク付きに設定しました。駅チカで、ちょうどいいサイズの部屋で、意外と音が出せて、店長さんもいい人でした。
是非また利用させてもらいたいと思いました。
次回は4月、今回の反省を活かし、いろいろ調整したいですね。有名人やプロのDJでもないので、来てくれた人をどうやって楽しませられるか考え中。じゃあみんなが喜ぶ有名な曲をかければいいのかというと、そもそも自分が掛けたい曲や嗜好が似ている人と音楽とお酒を楽しみたいから始まった企画なので、自分の好みじゃない音楽をかけても何だかな、って感じですね。
引き続き息抜きとしていろいろ試しながら楽しみたいですね。

引き続きScala勉強中
何事にもプロになるまで大体1万時間かかるらしいです。そんな単純な話じゃないと思いますが、Scalaに時間とお金を投資している記録もブログに残していこうと思います。
というわけで現状。
11月開始
累計：57.5時間
内訳：基礎学習、環境構築50時間。読書7.5時間
制作物：0
読んだ本：スッキリわかるJAVA入門、実践Scala入門
一人で勉強してるとぐだぐだしちゃうので、毎週何かしら、どんなしょうもないものであったとしても、アウトプットをしないと続かないですね。
最近便利だと思ったツール
IntelliJ IDEA
今までSublime Textを使っていたのですが、Scalaを勉強している過程で知ったエディタ？です。起動が遅く、最初は重たいのは嫌だなぁと思ったのですが、基本Subelime Textでやってたことはほぼ全部できるので、最近はほぼIntelliJ IDEAを使ってます。
Code Glance（ミニマップ機能）、Night Owl Theme（なんか適当に入れたテーマ）というプラグインを追加で入れたぐらいで、あとはデフォルトのままです。
Sublime Textでよく使っていた、Emmetや同時選択・編集もデフォルトで入っているので、普段仕事で使うhtml、CSSが捗ります。
そして何といっても背景画像を設定できることがいいですね笑。
N64の時のオカリナを背景画像に設定して、ハイラル平原で日々コーディングしてます。

既にいろんなとこで紹介されていると思いますが、便利です。

最近のミックス
アウトプットという意味でいうと、今年はDJをたくさんした年でした。
息抜きと人脈づくりに近所のバー、トンナタウンで毎週末DJをするよう心がけていました。
お陰様で知り合いも増えましたし、いろんなジャンルの曲を聞くようになりました。そして何といってもDJの腕を磨くことができました。
相変わらず超ヘボいですが。
というわけで今週末もDJしてました。

最近ハマってるもの
相変わらずスタンドアップコメディが大好きなのですが、最近はBill Burrにドハマリ中です。
それにしてもLouie CKには早く戻ってきてほしいですね。。。
Netflix経由で知ったのですが、百合系の恋愛漫画、やがて君になるにもハマってます。
三十になったおっさんがひゃーとか言いながら足をばたつかせて読んでます。めっちゃいいです。
あと、キズナイーバー。Netflixで見てたのですが、不覚にも途中泣いてしまいました。
最後に、Brooklyn Nine-Nine。The OfficeのNY市警版みたいな感じです。
最近のヘビロテ
やっぱりビート系やめられないです笑。
今年は邦楽をたくさん聞いてきましたが、なんだかんだサンクラにある、こういうのが好みです。

Time has passed since my last post so it’s going to be long.
Drinking Buddies #03
3rd party of Drinking Buddies was held at Cafe Bar Livre. It was a huge deficit but I enjoyed the party. The rental fee of the bar was 24,000 yen for 6 hours. We decided to have the entry fee to be 1,000 yen with one free drink. The bar was near Meidaimae station and we could have the volume fairly high and the owner was a kind person. In conclusion, it was a nice place to hold parties and I really want to have a party there again.
I got to see some familiar faces. There were many friends who were facing big changes in their life and made me think about my own. I was surprised how our life differs so much even though we graduated from the same university.
The next party is planned to be in April.
I started this party so I could DJ songs I like and have friends with the same taste of music hang out and drink. But that won’t bring lots of people and that’s the problem I’m thinking about currently for the next party.
Planning parties helps me take my mind off from work so it’s a fun process.

Studying Scala
There’s a saying that to become a professional in one field, one must spend 1 million hours to it. I know it’s not that simple to master something but I wanted to look back on how much time and money I spent on studying Scala in the future so I would like to record it on this blog.
Started November
Total time - 57.5 hrs
Break down - Basic learning 50 hrs. Reading textbooks 7.5 hrs.
Production - 0
What I read - スッキリわかるJAVA入門、実践Scala入門
Looking back, the speed and motivation of studying dropped without not having done any outputs so I’m going to try to write something I learned or release what I made with Scala every week. Even though how crappy it is.
Useful tools I found recently
IntelliJ IDEA
I was a heavy Sublime text user but I started using IntelliJ IDEA since I started studying about Scala. Its slow compared to Sublime but it could do most of the things Sublime can do so I’m using IntelliJ mostly now.
The plugins I added manually is Code Glance for minimap and Night Owl Theme.
Emmet and simultaneous selection/edit were the main features I was using in Sublime and IntelliJ has the same features. Besides that one of the good feature in IntelliJ is that you could change its background ^_^.
I’m currently setting it to N64’s Zelda Ocarina of Time, and coding every day in Hyrule field.

Recent DJ mix
I have done a lot of DJing this year. I went to Tonna Town to drink, make friends and to practice my DJ on weekends. I tried to go every week. It made me listen to other genres that I usually don’t listen too. I went there this week too.

Things I’m in to recently
I’m still into stand up comedies. I’m really into Bill burr. Besides that, I wish Louie CK will come back soon.
The comics I’m into right now are Yagate Kimi ni Naru.
I’ve bumped into this via Netflix. It’s about a relationship between two high school girls.
It might be weird that a 30 years old is reading it and getting all excited about it but the story is well made.
Also,Kizunaiiba. I don’t know how to spell it in English.
I found this in Netflix. It’s about high school students sharing their senses for pain. Some episodes almost made me tear up.
Last, I started watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Great if you liked The office.
Songs I liked
Cant stop listening to future beats! I tried listening lots of Japanese musics this year but I admit that future beats musics is more my taste.
